Terms of Service

The service. hallucinated.chat runs AI counter-model analysis over conversations you submit and returns metrics, flagged claims, and suggestions. Results are produced by third-party AI models and are assistive, not authoritative — verdicts can be wrong in both directions. You remain responsible for decisions made from them.

Fees. The exact per-check price is shown before you pay and is charged via the x402 protocol or Polar checkout. Fees cover completed analysis runs; failed runs caused by our upstream providers are not charged.

Acceptable use. Do not submit content you lack the right to share, attempt to disrupt the service, or circumvent payment. We may rate-limit or refuse abusive traffic.

Warranty & liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
